Bio: Mohd. Farhan Israk Soumik is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His research spans cybersecurity, cyber-physical systems, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), and large language models. He has published work on transfer learning for medical image classification, including brain tumor classification and breast cancer histopathological image analysis, reflecting his expertise in applying deep learning to critical healthcare challenges.
